Junior Sales Manager
We are looking for you to join our HQ in Rankweil

YOUR ROLE IN THE FAMILY:
- Provide independent support to your assigned customers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understand customer needs and provide solutions by responding quickly and efficiently to customer inquiries
- Maintain sales volume, product range, and selling price by monitoring supply and demand, changing market conditions and trends, economic indicators and competitors
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions in accordance with company approval processes and commercial policies, along with providing and maintaining various backup documentation
- Daily communication with the sales team regarding customer needs
- Reflect our core values and principles in daily interactions with customers, employees, colleagues and management
- Ability to travel on business, visit clients on site, participate in trade fairs and conferences
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR TO JOIN OUR FAMILY?
- A bachelor's / master’s degree in business management or a similar field
- Experience in a similar position would be an advantage, but not essential
- Ability to work autonomously while team-oriented, with very good interpersonal and verbal communication skills, both written and verbal, with employees and customers.
- Ability to communicate internally with all levels of the organization
- Accurate and organized work style, self-development attitude
- Good MS Office skills, knowledge of the SAP System would be an advantage
- Good knowledge of English; knowledge of other languages will be an added advantage
